Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation Policy
At Grettel's Beauties, we value your time and the time of our stylists. To ensure high-quality service and efficient scheduling, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly.
2. Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee of 30% of the service cost will be applied.
3. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us in advance, 100% of the service cost will be charged.
4. Late Arrival: If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service time or reschedule the appointment. If rescheduling is required, the late cancellation fee will apply.
5. Deposit: For appointments involving long-duration or high-cost services, a non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the total service cost.
6. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of a medical or family emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative options.
7. Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
